We have a second three-bedroom vacation villa, www.OrlandoPoolHouse.com,
which is located only two blocks from AccessibleOrlando.  The floor plan is
very similar, though OrlandoPoolHouse is not built for accessibility.


*Rates do not include 13% Florida tax.

*Pool heat is an extra $25.00 per day.  Pool heat is recommended from October through April.

*Cleaning Fee of $75.00 for stays shorter than 5 nights. Please enquire by email about the possibility of short stays.

* Rental Deposit of $200 is necessary to hold reservation.

* Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to booking.

* $200 Security/damage deposit.  Balance refundable within 30 days if no damage/breakages.
